This summer, come a little early on Sundays and gather around our Messiah family table.

Starting June 14th, Sunday Table will become our weekly opportunity to gather at 9:30am before worship. Over coffee and simple breakfast treats, we’ll reconnect after the week, enjoy conversation and fun activities, and gently prepare for worship together. This is not a class or formal program; it's just casual community time to slow down and to share life and faith together each week.

In a busy world, it’s easy for church to become simply arriving for worship and heading home again. Sunday Table is an opportunity for something more: learning and enjoying the process of building a true faith community across generations and differences. It is a space where children and adults, longtime members and visitors, can all participate together and practice talking about faith in ordinary, natural ways.

Some mornings we may share a simple question, read and reflect on a passage of Scripture, or pray together briefly, but this is not a class or lecture. The conversations and prayers we have around the table will be accessible for all generations to participate in. Sunday Table is also a great way for families and friends to learn simple models for how you can establish your own weekly habits of faith-sharing and prayer around your own breakfast tables, dinner tables, fire pits, or front porches.

Whether you come every week or just once in a while, there’s always room for you at the Sunday Table.
