Feeling overwhelmed, scattered, or stretched thin? You’re not alone.
Staying Steady is a monthly gathering for adults that offers practical tools and reflective space for navigating stress, relationships, and everyday life in an unsteady world. Held on the first Saturday of each month, this 90-minute session is designed to help you slow down, reconnect with what matters most, and leave with simple practices you can actually use.
Each gathering includes a short guided reflection, meaningful conversation, and concrete takeaways focused on things like values, boundaries, healthy routines, and staying grounded amid conflict or constant noise. This is not therapy, not a class, and not religious instruction—just a welcoming, judgment-free space centered on strengths, curiosity, and real life. This group is facilitated by ICF-certified coach, Mary Knarr, PhD.
Prior registration is not required, but helpful in planning for sessions that meet everyone's needs.
