 h month\, this 90-minute session is designed to help you slow down\, recon
 nect with what matters most\, and leave with simple practices you can actu
 ally use.\nEach gathering includes a short\, guided reflection\, meaningfu
 l conversation\, and concrete takeaways focused on things like values\, bo
 undaries\, healthy routines\, and staying grounded amid conflict or consta
 nt noise. This is not therapy\, not a class\, and not religious instructio
 n—just a welcoming\, judgment-free space centered on strengths\, curiosi
 ty\, and real life. This group is facilitated by ICF-certified coach\, Mar
 y Knarr\, PhD.\nPrior registration is not required\, but helpful in planni
 ng for sessions that meet everyone's needs. Please take a moment to fill o
